- AAAriah5 days ago1.0I can whole heartedly say that this is the worst post office i have ever visited in my life. I have no clue what her name is but she is significantly rude and has the worst customer service ever! instead of saying “may i help you” she goes “can i help you” with the worst tone ever. if you are gonna work a job at least have a decent attitude because this is ridiculous. they always have beggars outside holding open the door for you and then asking for money afterwards which isn’t convenient whatsoever, considering the fact that it’s a very uncomfortable situation. if i could give this place zero stars i would, but because i cant ill be giving them the most low down, gut wrenching, and unsatisfying one star ever.
- AFAsia F6 days ago1.0Moved some months ago and didn’t receive a key to the mailbox. We had to go to this crappy ghetto location to get a key made. We paid $40 for new keys and they told us they use a third party company to get the keys made and it would be a few weeks to get them. They said the key makers would call us. Well it’s been MONTHS no one has contacted us. We’ve gone MONTHS without our mail. And of course this post office is no help. They refuse to answer the phone ! We’ve called everyday multiple times a day and have not gotten an answer ! Ridiculous.

I've never seen more than 2 workers at the country a lot of times there is only one. Noone has a willingness to help attitude at all.locación. branch is a much better locacation. Mail is SLOW. I get important mail a week late often.

- MDMechelle DhelaJul 8, 20261.0The worst post office ever! Customer representatives are horrible and disrespectful for just basic services like answering their phone they also wouldn’t. After losing my keys. They charged me $40 for two new mailbox keys to change the locks. It took them two months the new key worked once but now they must have changed the locks again it’s a month and i haven’t been able to access my mail’s. So sick of these folks you can never get any assistance.
