- NMNicoles Madness2 days ago1.0Horrible had to drive all the way out there bc they couldn’t pick up a phone after calling nonstop to ask ONE QUESTION idk if they cut the cord or what but it’s ridiculous no way no one heard that phone ring an entire hour, had to leave where I was at because they want free checks sitting with they legs cross letting the phone ring while I waste gas for now on I’m just pulling up there just insane

- LBL BakerApr 27, 20261.0I have been tracking a package for over a week now that USPS is suppose to deliver off Covington Hwy in Decatur Ga. Now the tracking says nothing other than unable to deliver. They claim they tried to deliver it twice but did not have access to driveway/door. Which is not true at all. There has been no issues with access to my residence, door or my mail box. No one has tried to deliver a package. Perhaps USPS workers are over worked and this causes them to lie about their deliveries. Either way it is very unprofessional. I don’t know if I’m going to get my package or if they are going to send it back to avoid delivery. And I’m now expected two more packages that I dont know if they will feel like delivering.

I been to the post office twice talked to the manager she wasn’t much help all she did was take my name and number and said she was gonna reach out but she never did. Im frustrated and I just want to receive my mail but it seem like it so hard to do something so simple.
