Other agent came in BUT did not seem to acknowledge that the front needed help. They need AT LEAST 2 agents to take care of client needs. I ended up spending 30 minutes just to return an item that required USPS scanning of my QR code.

Additionally, I have witnessed the postal workers locking the doors up to 20 minutes before closing. This is a federal public service agency. Absolutely unacceptable!
