I was told “I have the package in front of me and it will be mailed Monday” this was May 21st, she then closed the case: 88472720. I have contacted other USPS representatives but was told there was nothing they could do and gave me the Decatur post office direct line. I have called approximately 20 times with no answer. It is sad that we can’t trust the USPS to deliver a package and the customer service is so terrible.

Wrong to say it was delivered so i wasted so much money and cant get a refund. just lying? for what, what do you gain? Bad reviews. every time you loose or misdeliver a package and mark it as delivered, all youve done is cover incompetence with a lie which is worse. I have lost 4 packages so far and counting. an absolutly ridiculous performance.
