  This location lost my package, brushed off my calls, and gave me the runaround until it was "too late" to file a claim. They refused to refund my shipping fee, and Corporate confirmed the store completely dropped the ball. Avoid this spot at all costs. Poor customer service!

  AVOID AVOID AVOID!! I sent a package through this branch that never arrived. When I reached out to start a claim, I was repeatedly promised a callback that never came. By the time I managed to speak with someone again, they claimed I was past the deadline to file—and wouldn't even refund my original shipping cost. Corporate verified that claim management is handled locally and that this store failed to do its job. Take your business to the Toco Hills location instead.

  DON'T SHIP HERE!! The Toco Hills location is much more professional. I sent a package through this location that got lost. I called the store to open a claim and was told they would call me back. They never called back; I tried once more and was told to wait for a call back. Then I called again and was told I was outside of the window to make a claim. They didn't even refund the shipping fee. Corporate told me it is the store's responsibility and they severely dropped the ball.

  Employee Ashly went above and beyond expectations to retrieve a package that we had left behind at an Atlanta hotel and send it to us at our home in Savannah. Thank you Ashly and UPS!
