- SSSusan SternSep 28, 20265.0What incredible service by Claire. She truly makes me look forward to returning. Why? She greeted me brightly with her words and smile. I felt cared for. She was patient--I was mixed up on a couple returns. She was knowledgeable, resourceful, and helpful (with my tech deficiencies). And all this was near the end of the day.
- HHhimynameis “himynameis”Sep 28, 20265.0Thank you, Kenan. He provided exceptional service and patience. He processed multiple customers at one time. And I really enjoyed the music. 😆
- SGsuzette gSep 19, 20265.0I will only go to this Church street location (Whole foods parking lot). I've had a death in the family and who knew that meant endless faxing and notarizing. Your associate, Kenan, is so wonderful. Gentle, powerful healer guy. Very knowledgable and helpful, i SO appreciate him. Dude is holding the energy there in quite a lovely way. Also goes out of his way when he doesn't 'have to'. I've watched it with other customers as well. THANK YOU.
- DBD BSep 2, 20265.0They asked me to leave a review and they deserve it. I originally went to the wrong UPS location in decatur to realize while in line I was at the wrong address. I got to this location after they closed. I must have looked sad while muttering to myself and someone (an employee and likely a manager) opened the door, being a good human and kind. They so nicely let me in to get my package even though that door was supposed to stay locked. I am so appreciative of the customer service, helpful attitude, and reminder that good service does still exist!! (Despite AI and business’ determination to reduce workers). It is the workers that leave the great impression. NOT AI. Thanks, good UPS people. You made my day!!
