  Absolutely horrible customer service and associate attitudes. I stopped by this location to print two documents, have them notarized, and then ship them. The young lady "working" there seemed to be under the influence and spent a large amount of time on a personal call while crouched down behind the counter. The male was just RUDE and had zero interest in being helpful. At each step (print, notarize, ship), I was made to get in the back of the line behind several customers who arrived after me. When we got to the notary piece, the male instructed me to step aside and sign my documents without him actually witnessing the signatures. As a notary myself, I know this is a major violation. He snapped at me and said he did this "all day every day" and knew what he was doing. The entire painful process took 45 minutes. The papers I was working with were legal documents concerning my recently deceased father. I was in town for his funeral. There was zero compassion, just a bunch of eye rolling and sighing. Use a different location if you can.

  The staff helped me find a package that had been addresses incorectly by the sender. The man in the back chose to go above and beyond to help me understand what had happened and give me enough info to help me get a refund from ebay. I appreciate how kind, thoughful and helpful he was and how smoothly my experience was. the post office was clean, quiet, calm and orderly while i was there patiently waiting.

  Calm environment compared to other UPS stores, even on a Saturday. We shipped a box and used the notary services.

  I use this ups often for Amazon returns and notary services. Never an issue until April 2nd. I called before arriving to confirm notary services were available that day. Notary services are available so I arrive around 1:20pm Patrick scans my Amazon return code takes the package then I ask for notary services and he says the notary isn’t available until 3pm. I say I called ahead and was told notary is available and he says notary is unavailable from 1-3pm. I check the clock it’s 1:27pm. He suggests I go to another ups store but I explain I can’t I’m on a tight schedule and the other store is out of my way. I inquire as to why the out of office hours wasn’t relayed on the phone and he shrugs me off. So I return the next day because it’s on my route and right next to the office I have to submit the documents to. Would you believe I return the next day and the same Patrick Richardson is working and says he can notarize my documents. I ask why didn’t he do it when I came in yesterday and he claims that he doesn’t do notary from 1-3pm so he can help out in the store. When I was in the store the day before requesting notary there were no other customers. I was the only customer and instead of doing the notary lied and told me the notary was out to lunch. The amount of time he spent lying to me that the notary was unavailable he could of just notarized the document. I kept the interaction polite as there was no point in making a fuss but So annoying to waste peoples time energy and gas money in this economy.so just be careful going here for notary services he may or may not do it.
