  Those ladies that were in there today were the sweetest and slowest! Took all day to mail 2 little boxes, they want you to write the address down on paper but my handwriting is terrible so she ended up taking the address off the box anyway, which is what she should’ve done in the first place. Went to the back for a few minutes took forever to come back. They seem very nice, but Lord Jesus, they are slow.

  Dear Potential Customer, I am writing to share my recent experience so that others can make informed decisions when shipping through this FedEx location. Unfortunately, I experienced a significant issue involving the delivery of an express shipment. Despite paying for expedited shipping, my package was not delivered as scheduled. According to the tracking information, the delivery driver reported that the address was incorrect, preventing the package from being delivered as expected. However, my shipping address was accurate, and I believe the package should have been delivered without issue. After noticing the problem, I visited a nearby FedEx location, where an employee contacted FedEx Customer Service on my behalf. During that call, I was informed that my package would be delivered the following day, even though it had originally been scheduled for delivery the previous morning. The next day, I contacted Customer Service again to follow up on the status of my shipment. Before calling, I reviewed customer feedback regarding this location and noticed multiple reviews describing concerns about misplaced packages, incorrect address scans, and delivery issues. During my conversation, I mentioned these reviews to the representative, who stated that similar complaints had been reported regarding this location. Based on my personal experience and the concerns expressed by other customers, I have serious concerns about the integrity and reliability of the service provided at this location. I believe the delivery practices at this facility warrant closer review, and I encourage anyone shipping valuable or time-sensitive items to closely monitor their shipments and promptly report any delivery discrepancies. This experience has caused me significant stress. As a loyal FedEx customer, I expected a higher level of service, reliability, and accountability. I respectfully request that a Customer Service Manager contact me directly to assist in resolving this matter, locate my package, and ensure that appropriate steps are taken to prevent similar issues in the future. I would appreciate a prompt response and timely assistance. P.s still have not received my package as of 6/15 Best Regards
