  You lost my extremely important package and acted like you didn’t give a hoot. Still not sure how I’m supposed to get my sensitive materials back in my possession. I was told “they’d look into it”. It’s crammed up in Gainesville somewhere. No movement in one week. Grrrrrr.

  Extremely disappointing experience. I shipped an important package with this store, but the tracking never moved past “Label Created.” When I called and later went to the store for help, the employees were incredibly rude and dismissive and even blamed me, saying I should have come back the next day when the tracking didn’t update. About an hour later, the store called me and admitted that packages from that day had actually been delayed on their end and that my package was still on the truck. Shipping delays happen, I understand that. What is unacceptable is blaming and disrespecting a customer, only to later admit the problem was on your end. A little respect and basic customer service could have handled this entire situation differently. I will not be returning to this location.

  If you ask them to tape up a box for you, they'll tell you to buy tape and do it yourself. Go across the street to pak mail instead. Pak mail will just tape the box up for you.

  Tried to take my return to Pak Mail but they couldn’t do my specific return. Unfortunately I had to go to this store and it was the same crappy service as usual. I walked in and staff didn’t say hello, goodbye, have a nice day.. nothing. I guess they have forgotten how to even speak.
