- MHMichelle Hoskins4 days ago1.0This has got to be the worst mail delivery service ever! Obviously, I’m not the only one that has problems based off of these reviews. The mailman skips our house all the time. We will go days without getting any mail and then all of a sudden have a bunch of mail at once. He will cram any box no matter how big into our mailbox to the point where we can’t hardly get it out instead of walking up to the door to put it next to the door which is just lazy. We received a notice that he “missed” us for a letter that needed a signature but he never actually came up to the door so he straight out lied. He never made another attempt, not that there was a first one anyways, and we had to go up to the post office to get the letter. We have received Neighbor’s mail. They have received our mail. We all have to walk around exchanging mail with each other because he can’t do his only job which is to deliver mail to the correct address. Honestly, I’m really not sure how he is getting away with this because this is absolutely unprofessional and ridiculous! If the management of this post office doesn’t want to do anything about it I will be going way above and beyond to report the entire post office because this is unacceptable.

I picked up a package that got returned due to not enough postage, yes I understand, well, I had personally received mail from other states where they taped the envelope including the postage which I thought was smart because packages and envelopes do get ripped. But again YES, I understand not covering the stamps! But I went in to redeliver the package and she very well informed everyone in there how "my last package had tape covering the stamps" basically calling me out as an idiot! I just felt it was rude and there was zero need for her to say that!! I'll just go to a different post office!
