- MTMarquita Terry2 days ago1.0My sister was in hospice and I went in with her POA. They never changed her address even though I had her lease. The mail is still going to her old address. The staff has a nasty ass attitude. I went in another time for money orders. Same freaking lady had a nasty attitude. If you don’t like your job then QUIT!! We are not putting a gun to your head to come to work. You’re choosing to come in and have a nasty attitude with every customer you encounter. If I ever go back I will be taking a picture and posting it. It’s other people who need jobs and would be happy to serve customers without the attitude.

No help bringing it up the shift manager when I went in for this a while ago and it's still happening. Just a constant disappointment making me question if they are looking to steal or just can't help but mess with locals things.

Whenever there is an Amazon or any other package that is scheduled for delivery- it has ALWAYS been tampered with! There seems to be dishonesty and the lack of oversight at this facility. While tracking my packages, there always seems to be a delay when it arrives at this facility. When the items are finally delivered- it has ALWAYS been tampered with. Something should be done about the lack of integrity that appears to be happening at this facility!
