- TGTee Gtoday1.0NEVER send anything important at this UPS. I shipped computer equipment back to a previous employer at this location and it arrived broken. Was told everything was just thrown in the box—no bubble wrap or packing paper. The items broke in transit and my previous employer took the amount from my last check. I repeatedly called this location in search of some sort of reimbursement or resolution but the store manager did absolutely nothing. I was never reimbursed and will avoid UPS altogether because of this pathetic location.

Upon realizing that I had another large package in my car, one of the workers volunteered to walk with me to my car and carry the second package in for me. It was very thoughtful and I appreciate the kindness.

Paddy, one of the notary’s (and although he won’t admit it, a manager I believe at least) is an asset to this store. From cleaning when you walk in, to helping find ways to print oddities. Paddy, you’re good people.
