  Thanks so much to this store. Much needed location. Will help with the VERY long lines at other locations and will fill a much needed gap in the area. Glad to have a UPS store in this shopping center now! Met the owner the other day too, Great guy, very happy to have such a good new business here in Dallas! Definitely recommend.

  If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is great, convient and super fast! AK was super nice and helpful with all of my packages I was returning! They are very efficient and I will be driving from Rockmart to this location every time! Thanks UPS & AK for the great experience, it was refreshing! If you haven’t been to this location give them a try!

  I have tried to use this location twice. They haven’t been open either time despite going there both times during their advertised open times. I am currently waiting out front 10 minutes past their open time and nobody is here yet. I hope they fix these issues as this is much more convenient for me.

  So glad there is finally a UPS Store in this area. My wife shois a lot packages because of her line shop. We have both been there since it opened and can say we both had great experiences. The owner/manager is super nice, patient and very friendly. He kind of looks like my cousin but much nicer lol. I would highly recommend this long and we will cer2be going back!
