- JMJessica MartinApr 23, 20265.0I had a package that was supposed to come to Ellijay that had a bad barcode and was stuck in a looping situation from Atlanta to this location 4 times. I put in a missing mail request but it was still looping. I called this morning and spoke to a carrier at this location who took the time to locate the package for me and is sending it to the Ellijay office. I so appreciate her taking the time to do that for me and giving me options on how to get my package.

- DSDawn ShannonJul 14, 20251.0It's just a constant battle of 'where is my mail today"!! # you never know what time they're coming, anywhere from 11:00 a.m. to 7:30pm! Can never make plans if you're expecting anything in the mail!! I've been here 14 years I have received packages nearly every other day they know who I am and who knows the family is but I can continuously have neighbors bringing me my mail and packages from all over the neighborhood and I am constantly going through the neighborhood and giving mail that has come to my mailbox I have big signs that has my address clearly and still they have problems. Today I get a peach slip in the box saying there was no room to turn around so I'll have to pick my mail up there or schedule to have them deliver makes no sense always something just do your job ! I know sometimes it can be difficult delivering mail especially somebody new But continuously for the last 6 years now come on people get it right.. I was literally standing on the porch when I seen the van pull up and thought they were going to come down here but no they took the time to write the ticket as I was standing there then drove off..
