The clerk Kathryn, the middle aged black woman with the low puff, she is a customer service nightmare. Every time I enter this building she is either giving someone an attitude, yelling at someone, or speaking to someone as if they’re of low intelligence. I came in today to drop off packages and to get a receipt; I walked up to the counter with a smile and set my packages down and she starts off with an attitude. I wasn’t even able to say hello before she commented “so what are you just leaving these here?” When I asked for a receipt she rudely asked me why I didn’t just get myself at the self service kiosk. She then rolled her eyes, scanned them, basically threw them into the bin and gave me my receipt. Another day I witnessed her yell at a customer for simply asking her a question about her passport and how to use to kiosk. Staring to the customer “just look at the screen it’s self explanatory” and then barged off. She acts as if doing her job is the biggest inconvenience in the world. If she hates her job that much she should either quit or be fired. I will never return to this location again in order to keep my sanity because her negative attitude is so overbearing. She is officially the clerk from hell. Not to mention the other 2 clerks who watched this happen and said nothing. Everybody needs training on customer service

The man delivering mail in the Auburn area has to be the laziest worker I've ever seen. Time and time again he refuses to get out of his vehicle to deliver anything. If you have something that requires a signature, he will claim no one was home to sign, while never even attempting delivery. He fills out the slip and puts it in the mailbox but never actually walks to the door to see if anyone is home. Does he expect customers to come out to meet him? Not to mention the amount of times I have gotten other people's mail... Please do better at your job!

They mark as delivered, but it doesn’t show up, then actually deliver it a week or two later. Don’t use this office to ship anything out

I drive out of my way to come to this post office because the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The wait times are usually short, which makes the whole experience quick and easy. Definitely one of the better post office experiences around!
