  Reanna and the whole crew at the Dacula Rd location were polite, efficient, and always so helpful. Excellent customer service making this my preferred store!

  Every visit to this UPS location has been frustrating. The customer service feels consistently poor, and it often seems like getting packages processed and out the door is not a priority. I’ve repeatedly seen employees on their phones, sitting on counters, eating and drinking in front of customers, and generally appearing disengaged while customers are waiting. One employee in particular, a man with shoulder-length locs wearing a beanie, frequently has an AirPod in his ear. When spoken to, he has taken the AirPod out and responded with, “What did you say?” That is not the level of attentiveness I expect when I’m paying for a service. Reanna is rude!! You can literally be in the store alone she won’t great you she will scan package hand you a receipt all without looking up. I’ve also had concerns about packages not being handled the same day when I expected them to be. Overall, the atmosphere gives the impression that the staff simply doesn’t care about providing good customer service. The owner/management should review the security cameras and observe what is happening during business hours. If management sees the same things customers are experiencing, I hope they take it seriously and address the issues with the staff. At this point, every visit leaves me wishing there were another UPS location nearby with better customer service. 0 stars if that were an option.

  I called on a Sunday to ask if they had a notary public there and the gentleman politely said "no we do not". I was in the process of asking a follow up question and barely was able to say "okay, well do you know..." and he abruptly interrupted me and said "no sir, I don't". I replied "well you don't even know what question I was going to ask", and then he hung up on me.

  I had a great experience at UPS today. The employee who helped me was extremely kind, patient, and professional. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made the whole process very easy. I really appreciated his excellent customer service and positive attitude. Thank you for being so helpful
