The post office was packed around 10:30 AM with people dropping off packages, but the staff were still really polite and welcoming to everyone coming in. Lori was a superstar—she was incredibly patient and friendly, took care of both applications, and made sure we knew exactly what to expect next.

Had about 10 packages to ship. I couldn't even ship the first one, because the machine was not accepting any packages... What is even the point of having this service if you're not going to allow your customers to use it??
