Waited an hour past my appointment time with no updates on status. No customer service at all.

The people that work here are so rude, they literally hate their jobs, they talk to you aggressively and you can feel that you annoy them it makes you feel so uncomfortable because you know you’re inconveniencing them. If you hate working here so much quit! No one is forcing this job on the people at the counters. Do better please, it’s really a drag to have to come here and experience the rude treatments, the huffing and puffing and the blatant body language that expresses you hate serving people. The woman named Yolanda is the worst she has the worst attitude ever.

This is the slowest post office I’ve ever been to. Possibly on Earth. Twice I asked for assistance I never got, and was told I’d get a call back because they couldn’t just look up a tracking number for 2 days in a row. Never happened. Some bizarre personalities work here. They may yell at you and make it seem like they are doing you a favor for providing the services they are paid to do. Expect a very long wait. I stood for 10 minutes waiting behind a guy with ONE envelope to get processed. Gotta love these hourly employees who have absolutely ZERO reason to keep a pace consistent with any other business. No wonder they have a 2.2 out of 5 rating.

Post office worker was so rude. The guy at her station left so I went down and she gets mad at me and says in an extremely annoyed “I never called next” and I politely said “I’m so sorry! I can go back!” And she rolls her eyes and says “no it’s fine I can help you” in an extremely annoyed tone. So I give her the save the dates for my wedding and I said “these need to be hand canceled. They’re for my wedding” and she said “okay” in the nastiest tone I’ve ever heard and told me i could leave. Needless to say I don’t think they’re being hand canceled like I request and will most likely be bent by the machine that cancels the stamps because she couldn’t take two seconds to listen to me before getting an attitude and shooing me out. Truly the rudest post office worker I’ve ever met. I try to give people the benefit of the doubt, but this was a completely uncalled for attitude.

Lori provided outstanding customer service while helping me with my passport application at USPS. She was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely friendly throughout the entire process. She explained everything clearly, ensured all documents were in order, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. There was virtually no wait time, and the entire process was handled efficiently. Lori’s attention to detail and willingness to help made a great impression. I truly appreciate her excellent service and would highly recommend this USPS location to anyone needing passport services.
