  I had an urgent document that needed to be delivered from Cumming, GA to Downtown Atlanta, GA. To ensure it arrived on time, I specifically paid for UPS Next Day Air, which was presented to me by the UPS Store as a guaranteed delivery by 10:30 AM the next business day. Unfortunately, the experience was completely unacceptable. Not only did my package fail to arrive the next day, it was delivered 4 days(I shipped it on Thursday and it got delivered on Monday) later at around 5:00 PM. During that time, I had to make four separate calls to UPS Customer Service just to get updates. Every representative seemed to provide different information, and in many cases, the information directly contradicted what I was told at the UPS Store when I purchased the service. What was most frustrating was the lack of communication and accountability. No one appeared to fully understand the shipment status, the delivery commitment, or what should be communicated to the customer. As a paying customer, I should not have to spend hours chasing answers after paying a premium price for a guaranteed service. If I pay over $50 for an expedited and guaranteed delivery service, I expect UPS to honor that commitment or at least provide clear, consistent communication when there is a problem. Instead, I experienced delays, conflicting information, and poor customer support. This experience has significantly damaged my trust in UPS. I paid for a premium service and received anything but a premium experience. Would not recommend relying on UPS Next Day Air for time-sensitive documents.
