  We visited this UPS Store to return several Amazon items using the self-service kiosk. The kiosk instructions showed poly mailers, but instead of those being available at the self-service station, there were rolls of what looked like clear trash bags. Assuming those weren't the correct packaging, we grabbed actual poly mailers from the shelf. At no point did any employee tell us that the shelf mailers were not intended for Amazon returns or that we would be charged for using them. Our final return wouldn't scan at the kiosk, so we had to go to the counter for assistance. Even then, the employee still didn't mention that the mailers would incur a charge. Only as we were leaving were we told that we needed to pay for the mailers. We were surprised, but we paid and left. Later, we called the store to understand what had happened and whether anything could be done. We were told that the employee claimed she had informed us multiple times that there would be a charge and that I had happily agreed to pay for everything. Neither of those statements is true. To make matters worse, the employee who put us on hold forgot to mute the phone, and he could hear him making fun of us to his coworkers. This was an extremely disappointing customer service experience. The entire situation could have been avoided if someone had simply explained which packaging to use or informed us that the mailers were a paid item before we used them. Instead, we were charged after the fact and then told a version of events that simply didn't happen.

  The cumming store that i visit frequently has very courteous & helpful staff. Things get done very quickly here.

  Went in to make some Amazon returns. Indian lady and her son running the store. I have a bunch of items. She starts yelling at him and at me for taking so long. “1 person shouldn’t take that much time”. There was literally nobody else in line. She got on to me, the customer, a couple of times so I just ended my order and will make the rest of the returns later.

  I send my needlepoint from this store to the finisher often. A gal that works there is very engaging and friendly. The staff is very helpful. They always carry the padded envelopes I use.
