  I have been very happy with service at this location since it opened. Until today. I came in with an Amazon return, it was a T-shirt in the clear plastic manufacturer bag and the brown paper Amazon bag that it came in. The woman that helped me scanned my QR code, removed the T-shirt and plastic bag and pushed the brown paper bag to me and said you take this I don’t need it. “Ok, can you throw it away?”, she said no, I don’t need it, you take this, you can throw it away in the dumpster outside. I admit I was confused, but she repeated, you take this, throw it away in the dumpster outside. I told her, I’m not a tenant, I can’t use the dumpster outside. She replied, we don’t recycle. With all of the Amazon packages they must get everyday, they don’t recycle? And they don’t take the paper envelopes that the package came in?

  I Went in to return an Amazon package that came in with a broken item inside. The kiosk used for Amazon returns did not print a shipping label and requested that I go to a customer service representative at the desk. The representative states that they cannot accept the package as it has to be in a box. It is in the same box that it came in. Then they add it has to be in a re-sellable condition. I state I had the same product for the same reason to return 2 days prior and was able to print and return the same product. However, she said that the machine won’t accept the package regardless as an additional box is required for a complete return. I state the item came in broken and it won’t matter what condition the box is in once someone opens it and sees that it is broken. We then exchange repeatedly until another representative takes the box. This is the second instance where the same representative of UPS has been resistant to providing quality customer service and not understanding what Amazon’s return process has provided the customer. Unfortunately I will think twice of using this specific store for future needs.

  Overcharged for a shipping label. My local UPS charges me .99 this store charged me 2.13. Staff wasn't friendly at all and smelled really bad body odor throughout store.All Ups should charge the same for shipping labels and I'm sure they do typically but not this store. Will never do business here again.
