  I go to five different UPS Store locations in my area depending on which direction I'm traveling. This is the only location where the customer service has been what I would consider rude. I brought a package in exactly the way it arrived to me to return to Amazon. The woman behind the counter opened it, removed the stuffing and took the item out and told me I could keep the box. I let her know I didn't need the box and it she would take it since this was how the item arrived to me. She looked upset and told me she had a stack of boxes and told me to take it to the dumpster outside. I was a little shocked as I've never had anyone act like this or tell me to go to the dumpster, but I went along with it just to get out there and asked her where the dumpster was so that I could get rid of it. She then said, "Don't worry about it" and took the box anyway, and then I left. So, she just wanted to make me feel like a burden I guess, but then still took the box? Very odd and with so many other locations that know what customer service is, I won't be back to this one.

  I have been very happy with service at this location since it opened. Until today. I came in with an Amazon return, it was a T-shirt in the clear plastic manufacturer bag and the brown paper Amazon bag that it came in. The woman that helped me scanned my QR code, removed the T-shirt and plastic bag and pushed the brown paper bag to me and said you take this I don’t need it. “Ok, can you throw it away?”, she said no, I don’t need it, you take this, you can throw it away in the dumpster outside. I admit I was confused, but she repeated, you take this, throw it away in the dumpster outside. I told her, I’m not a tenant, I can’t use the dumpster outside. She replied, we don’t recycle. With all of the Amazon packages they must get everyday, they don’t recycle? And they don’t take the paper envelopes that the package came in?
