  First thing in the morning they opened the doors late...which i guess is on point for usps!! Then I get inside to only one person at the counter. I had to return an item and I was going to buy a bubble mailer. I did not seal the item because I wanted to make sure it was appropriate for the return. I asked him and he said yes and I immediately sealed the item...it took 2 seconds. Apparently he was pissed that he had to tape my return label on for me because he didn't speak or tell me my total. Literally just stood there with a smug look. He finally said something after I asked "is that it " he said "u have to pay" in which i replied "u didnt give me my total" he said "I was too busy taping" So basically u were to busy DOING YOUR JOB!!!! THATS WHAT U GET PAID TO DO PAL. If that bothers you then maybe u should pass that postal job on to someone who has some customer service because you clearly dont!!!! Too early in the morning to be pissed about working...ridiculous really!

  Are local office in Newton county Covington Georgia sucks your delivery people drive down one lane streets the wrong way coming head on into traffic and children on bikes in the communities. I can't call customer service because nobody cares you put mail wherever you want to. We have numbers on boxes that you can't even read.you guys do as you please and have no respect but I promise you if one of your mail people hit a child in my community or a vehicle I will make sure they have all videos showing it was mail carriers fault and I will assist in every way possible to make sure that you guys are sued.

  The postal service need to be completely shutdown. The customer service is garbage. The whole management team needs to be FIRED IMMEDIATELY!

  I must live in the Bermuda triangle for USPS. My packages get delivered late or to the wrong address. I get the wrong mail. My neighbour's have the same problem. Tonight was the the last straw. I have been waiting on a 2 day prime delivery. UPS gave it to USPS a day late but at 1 am this morning. I live 10 miles from this Covington facility. They updated the tracking to say it will be delivered by 8:30pm. At 8:10pm I get a notification that my package could not be delivered because the location couldn't be accessed. That is a lie. I was sitting at the door. I don't have a gate, my driveway has running lights and my driveway was not blocked. I do have a driveway camera that shows you never tried to deliver my package. To lie is unacceptable. Get it together.
