Even when they are busy, they move the line efficiently. I am always greeted and served with a smile! They have nothing to do with the service we get at home so the reviews about package delivery are especially unfortunate.

I have had multiple packages marked “delivered,” yet my cameras show the USPS truck never even drove down my street. Not once. Not twice. This is the third time, and it’s completely out of control. The first time, I gave them grace — maybe it was delivered to the wrong house. The second time, I tried to assume it was a mistake. But now it’s a pattern, and someone on this route needs to be held accountable. It’s a shame that you can’t even trust the post office anymore. I shouldn’t have to monitor cameras and chase down packages that were never delivered. USPS needs to start taking photo proof of delivery at this location, because this is exactly how things “go missing.” I’m beyond frustrated, and I’m not letting this go. This branch needs immediate oversight and corrective action.

What kind of establishment doesn’t answer their business phone? What’s the point of being in business in a digital world if y’all can’t even pick up the darn phone to assist someone?
