  This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a UPS Store. If there was a choice to give no stars, I would. I regularly use UPS for my e-commerce business in California, Texas, and Georgia, and I’ve always received professional, friendly service. I’ve built great relationships with employees at many UPS Stores, which is why this experience was so shocking. The older man, who appeared to be one of the owners, was extremely rude, dismissive, and unwilling to help customers. Instead of providing the level of service I’ve come to expect from UPS, he acted as though assisting customers was an inconvenience. The store also appeared to have outdated equipment, making it unnecessarily difficult to process multiple 50-pound boxes. After leaving, I had so little confidence that my shipment would be handled properly that I drove back, retrieved all six of my 50-pound boxes, and took them to another UPS Store instead. That extra trip was worth it for the peace of mind. Afterward, I read through other customer reviews and found that many people described experiences similar to mine, which reinforced my decision not to use this location again. If you value professionalism, customer service, and confidence that your shipments will be handled properly, I strongly recommend using a different UPS Store. I will never return to this location.

  This site moves extremely slow. I come here because it’s closest to my house, but if you don’t catch it when it’s slow (as in not many customers), you’re going to have a longer wait than expected. I can’t put my finger on why they move slower in comparison to other UPS locations I’ve used, but it’s painstakingly slow.
