  This UPS store has me questioning future money spent with UPS as a whole. I went to pickup a package for someone in my household and the older man working there gave me absolute hell. My ID matched the address AND the recipient sent me a copy of their license since they were at work. I was told not only they had to show up but then they had to present a code from the shipper. Anyone that buys anything online knows damn well that those companies will never provide you any additional information. Even the UPS rep that I spoke to while I was at the store said they never heard of a code to be able to release a package. At some point common sense kicked in and I was able to retrieve the package. This is not my first problem with this store. Someone's package got misdelivered at my house and UPS would not come and pick it up. I took it to the store and the older lady, presumingly the owner, refused the package as well despite the fact that the UPS rep on the phone said to take it to the nearest UPS store. Am I trying to do a good deed for someone that was probably missing an important package ended up in an extremely annoying situation because they would not accept it. I would rather drive 30 minutes out of my way to go to another UPS store than the patronize this one. The only reason why I even went to the store is because for whatever reason the delivery driver took it to that location. If you can avoid this particular store do that. Go to the one on 212. It's a better location and the workers are actually have common sense unlike this one on Flat Shoals. And I see that the owner has responded to a lot of the post that are on this map listing, don't respond to me and waste more of my time. I am hoping that UPS pulls your franchise license or ownership changes. That's the only way I'll ever go to this location again on purpose.

  Awful customer service. I called to ask about a package that was supposed to be delivered today, this dude immediately got an attitude and said I’d have to call someone else. That’s fine, I asked for the number, he huffed his breath at me and hung up. Absolutely ridiculous attitude. I’d hate to go there and deal with that in person.

  I was in a rush and couldn’t print out the label for my package. I told the Lady in the front and she looked at me like “while I’m not doing it.” And printed to a desk. I had no problem with printing out a label but I was the gave attitude. Rating 1 star.
