- MDMommy DMay 13, 20262.0This location is horrible.. But the other one isn't usually on my route of errands, so I have no choice but to pick this one.. They're extremely slow and have no sense of urgency or getting the line down. It's been multiple times the line is to the parking lot and when you walk in you just see them moving like a sloth.. I'm not sure if they're a family, but all of them just move like they have nothing to get done. Even things simple as qr code... They will be handling things that need to be shipped and it's 2 other people there able to get the line down and they usually choose not to do anything.. Once in a while they'll decide ok we'll get you, but it's just not like the one on 212.. at all.. on 212 they move quick & are efficient and very nice.

Funny the last time I came the male Representative was so nice and helpful but this second visit black female had such an ugly and un welcoming attitude. You don't like your job? Sorry that's a personal issue. Put a smile on your face and fake it.
- AAAlltheSpoilsApr 11, 20261.0Scammers charging you hidden fees. Instead of being able to email your label to the person at the front counter like FedEx, they make you use their computer. They charge you a fee for the label which would have been fine but then they also charge you an additional $1.50 to use their computer. How are you supposed to print the label in-house without using their computer?! And this extra fee isn't specified up front, just the amount for the label itself. They need to go paperless and just have QR codes at this point.
