- MGMelissa Gorley3 days ago1.0I have lived in Concord for roughly 4 years now. Recently I believe we have a new mailman....... Normally, if the package does not fit inside the mailbox, they would put it on the porch. Now, The guy pulls in the driveway just enough to drop the package out of the window. He is so lazy that he wont even get out of the car! I was in Atlanta Saturday and watched him on the camera just drop the package out of the Window!!!! It was left in the middle of the driveway for everyone to look at it as the drove past my house!!! I have the video of him doing it, and this was not the first time! I will be sending the video in with a complaint! If you are that lazy to get out of your car to walk to the porch (not far) then why deliver mail. I have never had this issue until recently! I had to stop what I was doing Saturday and drive all the way home to get the package from the end of my driveway so it was not stolen.
- ADAngel DedmonMar 9, 20221.0I’ve lived here for 2 years and have never had anything but a rude experience from this post office. Lately I’ve been buying live chicks and every time they call to let me know there have arrived they are extremely rude and irritable. When I asked what time they close you can hear the aggravation in their voice. I have a life, job and other obligations and can’t stop and show up to pick them up immediately. I have no issue being there before they close but there is no excuse in how these ladies treat customers. I will be contacting the main postal administration in Atlanta bc I’m tired of having to deal with it. It’s so bad that I was warned by the realtor when we moved here about the people at this post office but I always try and give people Benefit of doubt but it’s true.
- JBJass BOct 17, 20195.0Great staff!!! I have no idea who gave 1 star but I have never been to a more polite and courteous post office. The postmaster provides the best customer service and the rest of the staff go above and beyond to make sure you have a pleasant visit.
