Website says walk-in passports between 9 a.m. and 10 a.m. We were told by employees this morning that they do NOT do walk-in passports.

Shauna or Shawna at This USPS location along with everyone else on the staff is just amazing. She is always overly ready to help and looking to assist in the most positive manner. She doesn’t care how long it takes she will take care of her customer! Beyond thankful.

I was so nervous about my passport appointment but Dametrius made it so quick and easy and was so understanding and kind. I strongly recommend this location for passports.

Really frustrating experience at this post office today located 3916 Milgen Rd, Columbus. The line was extremely long, but instead of moving things along, the staff spent a lot of time slowly walking individual customers through how to use their phones. Meanwhile, everyone else just had to stand there waiting. The whole process felt very inefficient. On top of that, the package requirements were handled in an overly rigid way. My box itself was fine, but because it wasn’t a Priority Mail box and the original “Priority” wording wasn’t completely covered, they refused to accept it. No flexibility at all. Overall, very poor service and a lack of consideration for customers’ time. Definitely needs improvement. A very frustrating and helpless experience.
