- GYGina YinglingJul 10, 20261.0I have been trying to contact somebody through a local phone number.Answering 800 number since 8 am.This morning it's now 9:30. This has got to be the worst customer service or the lack of customer service i've ever seen. I have a letter that they tried to deliver. And I tried to have them redeliver it and it wouldn't go through online, I've tried to call and put the article number in the phone and it didn't work. And they sent me a tracking link and I tried to put it in there and it didn't work. So at this point I'm at a loss for words, because I can't describe how horrible the customer service has been. I'm expecting a court date from the EEOC in atlanta and i will guarantee if I miss this court date, y'all gonna have a big lawsuit on your hands. Lord help you

They are very knowledgeable, attentive, and go out of their way to answer any kind of questions to try to find any mishandled packages. Anything that has has that they can do to make your day better. Each and every one of them that work there have made me have a better experience and a better day. When I say mishandled packages, I'm not talking about them. I'm talking about the ones that are out there in the streets that can't be found I've been with them for I think I want to say 2 years. I'm not quite sure and I'm about to have to move out of state and it just it hurts my heart that I'm not going to be able to take them with me to handle my needs and my mail because since I've been there I haven't had any problems whatsoever and I just wanted to say thank you to each and every one of them.
