I thought the front clerk was a pretty nice lady until I went back inside to ask why something was incorrect. Unfortunately, I was not able to look at her name tag. When I first went inside, she was pretty helpful in giving me the online customs form as I was not familiar yet with the process here. After everything was finished, I went back to my car but I noticed that the recipient address she inputted was incorrect (she did not show the address on the POS screen). So, I went back inside to line up again to ask. When I went up to her and asked why the address was incorrect, she told me that she goes by zip code and not address. I told her that the city was wrong but she kept saying that the zip code was correct, which it was, but my point was that the rest of the address was incorrect and I was just worried that the package will be delivered to the incorrect person/place. But even then, she explained to me like I was stupid which I did not appreciate. She said, "You see the zip codes (the one I wrote on the box vs the one she printed)? Okay, you see they're the same? Okay, you see both zip codes?" She then asked if the incorrect address was far from the person I was sending the package to. This was very uncalled for. So, she does not care if the package is sent to the wrong address and would rather create an inconvenience to me and/or my recipient? I can understand if that is the process over here versus to what I thought I knew but, I would've appreciated it if I was met with some compassion or civility instead of making a customer feel stupid for not knowing how the process works in this specific place. I welcome learning new things, but not through someone who is not kind to people trying to understand something. It is bare minimum to be kind. Never had any issues with USPS until I went to this specific location. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND going here.

This office closed an hour earlier than what Google or the signage on their door said.

There was only one person working around 3:00 pm. There was a long line but no one was complaining because she (wish I would have gotten her name) was taking care of the customers. Although the line was long (about 8 people ahead of me) I was in an out in about 15 minutes.
