  Sky was professional from the phone conversation and extremely helpful. When I came into the location I was like was it your I spoke too she said yes that’s was me her.. Here in Columbus I have not experienced much great customer service it’s like people don’t want to service the people. For those who do I would rather give them a review because it’s rare here in columbus from my experience and the testimonies of others I know here also. Also the other guy who was in there running all the packages while I was with Sky was cheerful and moving all over ha-ha. With a hour to closing to still be willing to serve again thank you both for your customer service.

  The customer service at this location has always been excellent in my experience. Associate Zuri Grant was particularly helpful with a complication I had in the app while attempting to generate a label for a package. Zuri helped me navigate the app and complete my transaction making the process very easy for me. He was patient, professional, and helpful.
