  I brought 131 pounds of papers to be shredded on April 14, 2026. There was a young woman who helped me with the task; some of the bags ripped due to the volume of paper, but she remained calm and very friendly and the task was completed fairly quickly. Sadly, I cannot remember her name, but I wanted to express my appreciation for the manner in which she handled the situation. She is a credit to the UPS brand!

  Love this location... During my recent visits, the staff has gone above and beyond to help me out. In addition, they are very knowledgeable and seem to truly care about the customer.

  I was making a return of an Amazon package and had the return label on my phone. At other locations, all I had to do is give the associate my phone to scan the label. Well, at this location I was informed that they would need to print the label and it would cost three dollars. I asked, three dollars to print out one page that I could print out at home and was told that I could come back with my own printed label or I had to email it to them and pay the fee for printing one page. How ridiculous! After standing in line for some time, I didn’t want to drive back and forth so I paid, but it was a very disappointing “surprise”.
