  I respectfully want to express my concerns regarding my overall experience with The Reserves Network. I have been trying for several months to secure employment through this agency and have submitted multiple applications, but unfortunately, I have experienced very little direct communication or follow-up from a recruiter. Most recently, I came into the office approximately a week and a half ago regarding a specific position and completed the steps that were asked of me. Since then, I have not received an update regarding the position. I have also emailed the recruiter who was working with me and made several attempts to call and follow up, but I have not received a response. What makes this experience particularly disappointing is that I worked with this company years ago when it was Staffing Connections, and my experience was completely different. The recruiters were much more hands-on, communicated directly with applicants, and kept you informed throughout the process. It felt like you had an actual recruiter working with you to help you find employment. Unfortunately, my recent experience has not felt that way at all. I completely understand that recruiters work with many applicants and that not every application will result in a job offer. I also understand that I may not be selected for every position I apply for. My concern is not simply that I haven’t been placed, it is the lack of communication and follow-up throughout the process. I have continued applying because I am genuinely ready and willing to work, and I have also expressed these concerns directly to multiple people in the office before deciding to leave a public review. At this point, it has become frustrating to repeatedly apply, call, email, and come into the office while still feeling as though I cannot get consistent communication regarding employment opportunities. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I know from my previous experience that this company is capable of providing a much more personal and supportive experience for job seekers. I would simply like to feel that my applications and efforts are being taken seriously and to receive clear communication about where I stand.

  I really enjoyed my time working with TRN. Stephanie was very helpful and accurate with all of details of my job. She always had an answer to any questions that I had, with a quick response time.

  Trinity and Stephanie are two of the most gentle people I have ever met. Just imagine the number of clients being seen daily and in doing that, you still are assured that they are there to help with anything they can. You will definitely feel right at home. 💕

  For my first time in any staffing agency, this is the place to be. The staff is kindhearted and genuinely willing to help you be where you desire to be. Ms. Starr was amazing in helping me feel comfortable within the first few seconds of meeting her. This experience has been life changing. I would definitely recommend The Reserves Network to anyone who is in need of a job and wants help from people who are genuinely invested in their future.
