  I had such a wonderful experience at this FedEx location today! Amy helped me, and she was genuinely one of the nicest and most helpful people I have ever dealt with. She was so friendly, patient, and kind and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. What really stood out to me was how genuinely sweet she was. She even gave me some perfume she had that smelled absolutely amazing, which was completely unexpected and such a thoughtful gesture! It’s not every day you come across someone who goes out of their way to make a customer feel so welcome and appreciated. Amy is an absolute gem and definitely deserves recognition for the way she treats people. FedEx is very lucky to have her! Thank you so much, Amy, for making my day a little brighter. I will absolutely be coming back to this location because of you! 💜

  If I could give this place ZERO stars, I would. Incompetent and lazy genetleman I dealt with. I dropped off a package yesterday morning for overnight shipping. I was told the package would be delivered by 2pm today. The package sat at the Fed Ex office until this evening and won't be getting delivered until tomorrow night at 8pm!!!! I have a business to run. If my client pays for overnight shipping they should receive OVERNIGHT SHIPPING. My client is flying out of the country tomorrow morning! He will not be able to sign for the package. Abysmal service!

  Unprofessional and no regard to time sensitive requests. I actually hate anytime Canva selects this location for printing services. I’m very disappointed with my experience. I called the store directly to confirm that they would be able to print my order the same day. The order was placed at 9am and in the queue before they opened. Time went on and I realized they were close to closing near 6pm, so I called to do a check in. I was then told that they would not be able to complete the prints today and the tone was different. This was a time-sensitive order, so I’m now having to find another printing option at the last minute. I completely understand if same-day printing isn’t always possible, but I specifically called to confirm availability to avoid this exact situation. I wish I had been given accurate information from the beginning so I could have made other arrangements, or at least the store being proactive to inform me of the change versus me calling to ask. This also was not a huge order.

  After being verbally attacked by a customer for getting on her copier that she was not using, a blonde lady came to get me off of the equipment. She took me to the front to help and then was less than zero help. Them I made a mistake after trying to get help from her and lost my email. She then had a bigger attitude said something smart and walked off. She sent Tim over and he was a big help. She has no business in any type of customer service.
