Staff are consistently helpful and kind in providing excellent customer service. They listen patiently, ask questions as needed to understand the situation, seem to try their best to clearly explain USPS policies, and take appropriate action as needed to assist customers. They are timely with hours, getting mail into the po boxes, and handling packages. They are respectful, calm and efficient dealing with each customer in line even when customers are sometimes "difficult".
