There is a homebound individual at the delivery address I use, so he is always there with either his wife or a nurse. But the pistman is to lazy to actually get out of his truck and take the package to the door and request a signature. That means I then have to wait a few additional days and leave my responsibilities early to get the the office before it closes, simply because the postman is too lazy to do the job he gets paid to do.
