From the owners down to the associates, everyone is rude and have poor customer service. I needed to get some personal documents notarized and the associate asked in front of the owners if I was dying. I was so in shock, I didn't know how to respond. I recently went to have some professional forms notarized. The owner took his sweet time reading my documents then asked what we were signing. The decent thing would have been to ask what the documents were before being nosey. I asked him to give me my forms back and I would get service from the other UPS store. I will never step foot in that place again. I hope they get shut down.
