- MYMegan YatesJun 30, 20261.0Every time I come here the service is very slow. It would be faster for me to drive up to the Ball Ground post office and back. This last Saturday morning (6-28-26) was particularly bad. The lady working was clearly frustrated. She was the only one at the counter working. When I walked in there was one lady at the counter being helped and one lady mailing three certified letters. I stood there with my kids for about for 20 minutes waiting to mail two packages. When I finally got to the counter and started to pay, the employee took my packages and threw them across the room into a bin then she proceeded to reach over the counter and give herself a smiley face rating on my screen (she did this to the others in front of me as well). I would have been afraid to give her a bad rating because she can see what I choose and I felt that she might cause damage to my packages I was mailing after I left. If I have to rate the service I receive the employee should not be able to see what rating I choose and they should not be choosing for me.
