  I am deeply disappointed by the lack of professionalism and basic customer service at this location. On June 15th, I brought in a factory-sealed, 15 lbs Tesla Charger for a return. Since I needed the label printed, I emailed it to the store, and the clerk handled the printing process behind the counter. Unfortunately, a major oversight occurred: my Tesla label was mistakenly placed on another customer's small 1.02 lbs package. As a direct result of this carrier error, Tesla received the wrong item and denied my $500+ refund. When I returned to the store to request a review of the transaction logs or security cameras to resolve the mix-up, the employee at the counter completely refused to cooperate. Instead of getting a manager or investigating a clear system discrepancy, this staff member laughed and made defamatory insinuations, saying 'You know what you did' and falsely accusing me of dishonesty. I kindly invite the store owner or store manager to look at the security footage and print logs for June 15th at 10:25AM - 10:35Am. Please compare the physical size of the heavy box I handed your employee against the 1.02 lbs recorded on the duplicate receipt. The physical evidence and math speak for themselves.

  Been going to this store for 18 years. Over the years they have been friendly and nice however just had one of the worst experiences in my adult life from a business. Most rude staff I have ever dealt with. When I asked a question regarding a print job (it was my fault as I sent the file in incorrectly) just asked how to correct it and send it in a format that would print correctly-by the way I was not asking for a refund willing to pay since it was my error-I was berated by the staff. I asked to speak to the owner, Skip and he tossed a card to me and said he had worked there 4 years and did not care. I then apologized for my error and again he said he did not care. Sorry Skip for the poor attitude of your staff. I will find another UPS store or go to Fed Ex.
