  I had a very disappointing experience with this business. From the start, communication was poor and unprofessional. The older man was extremely rude and would cut me off every time I began to explain the mistake that was made on their end. I came in a few weeks prior to have a fax sent and the business informed me they did not receive the fax because it there was supposed to be a +1 in front of the fax number which was written on the documents I had provided previously, the man at the counter raises his voice at me and my son and says that doesn't make a difference the fax say ok on our end then proceeded to cut me off again when I told him that the woman on the phone told me that the +1 was needed for them to receive he then continued to raise his voice at my son and I and aggressively asked me "well what do you want me to do about it?". It was difficult to get clear answers to simple questions, or get a word in without being aggressively cut off and responses were or dismissive as if they hadn't made a mistake. When I finally received the service/product, it did not meet the expectations that were advertised. Additionally, customer service was extremely lacking. When I raised concerns, they were either ignored or handled with little effort to resolve the issue. It felt like once they had my business, they no longer cared about my satisfaction even after they made me come back two days in a row just to get the fax sent in the first place. Overall, I would not recommend this business to ANYONE. There are plenty of other options that value their customers and provide a much better experience located in close proximity. The owner who keeps responding to these reviews is the one that EVERYONE is writing is about and is the same person writing apologies for the nasty customers service we are receiving. You all will never receive my business again. This business is deplorable, unprofessional, nasty, disrespectful, rude with poor customer service. Also stop using your family members to post good reviews they will never amount to the plethora of negative reviews you all will continue to receive with that type of behavior.

  00000 stars - not even worth the time to comment as we can see mostly everyone that has used this location has got and still is getting the same service - nasty impolite rude and don't care - he should retire from customer service he stinks - and we pay him to be that way, he thinks that is okay...he needs us more than we need him people - just stop going - everyone stop going there - he will close soon without our patronage and money, neighbors we deserve better....force him out of business and out of our community........many other options out there - use them.

  Great service! Fast, convenient color copies. The price was great and the man who helped me was polite and knowledgeable. It was a quick in and out with exactly what I needed!

  I would be leaving a one star review but at least my package got returned. I want to preface by saying I am a naturally introverted, quiet woman that is very kind to everyone. (I’m sure lots of people say this, but it’s the truth) The main guy in this UPS is SO rude. I have been there multiple times and each time it is an unpleasant interaction. The last time I went in, he was much more rude than he had been in the past. I don’t understand why he would work in a situation where he has to deal with the public when he’s rude to everyone. My mother has had the same interactions each time she has gone as well. He’s unpleasant, simply rude, argumentative, dismissive and disrespectful. Maybe he’s sexist, maybe he hates people. Either way, he shouldn’t be dealing with the public if that’s how he acts. After multiple negative interactions, we won’t be going back.
