    I went in to return my Amazon items, and the older man was rude. He didn’t speak at all, just looked at me meanly while holding his hand out to take the packages. He then tossed them into a pile. If it had been anything other than clothes, it would have broke. It wouldn’t hurt to smile and be courteous, cause without us, your business would go under.

    Waited in line for over 10 minutes with a decent size box to ship. The box was in great shape, just needed one piece of tape on the top and they turned me away. Very annoying to waste all the time going to there over a piece of tape. The USPS will gladly tape up your boxes for you.

    The staff working here, not the best. She got upset because my information was not showing. Once it was figured out and as I was leaving, you can hear the female employee throwing the devices that I had to return into the box. Thats now she treats other people's property. You figured with all the negative reviews they have, they would've improved on their customer service....

    Very rude and unprofessional. I needed help with an Amazon return as I am not a person that returns things very often. The men that were in there were not willing to help me and just went back to working on boxes. I was very unsatisfied with service and had to leave.

    The oldest or main guy there was extremely RUDE throwing my packages at me saying what is that or take that and I asked nicely where is your trash can and he had one next to him and said rudely OUT there i do NOT recommend this place and everytime i walk in there or anyone with several packages he always talks a different language with I believe it’s his wife and they just stare you down and make you feel uncomfortable , if you don’t like your job or people stay home! Don’t criticize or be rude for no reason it’s a daily thing for him
