  Very frustrating experience. Older guy running the store seemed bother that I even came in with multiple packages then tried to over charge for a box when I already had one for three of the items. I was trying to return 7 items in total I had QR codes for and he was no help. There was also an older lady there trying to ship items that he was being extremely rude to as well. He told her to go to the pak mail location he couldn’t help her. There are to many other options to ship items to deal with this location and this individual. UPS needs to look into this location.

  Avoid at all costs!! This is an awful business. You have to email them if your printer at home is on the fritz. They have no Internet, so you can’t get an email to them. They told me it wasn’t their fault that l didn’t print my shipping label at home. Then denied I had sent them an email. They are rude & dismissive. I’ve put up with it for a couple years. I’ll never go back after today. The old guy (middle aged) seems to hate his life. Rent-a-center ships things back to Amazon for free & they are very pleasant when you drop by there. RESPONSE TO OWNER: You have 2.7 stars. Most of your reviews note that the old man I mentioned was rude to them. It is his "modus operandi". In regards to your response to me, in most of your replies to complaints, you copy & paste your lame We-are-sorry-and-will-do-better bit, yet it never gets better, as you can see from subsequent reviews, most of which are complaints. You know where to put your empty platitudes!

  If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I would strongly discourage everyone I know from using this location. I came in with an Amazon return. The item was in its original Amazon packaging—a large brown Amazon box. I told the man at the counter that I had an Amazon return, and he said nothing to me. Assuming I needed to do what I’ve done with other Amazon returns, I placed the box on the counter and presented my phone with the barcode to scan. Instead of simply explaining what was needed, he pushed the rather heavy box off the counter and onto my feet. The only thing he said was, “It says customer package.” I asked what that meant because the item was already in a box, and I had never noticed that requirement before. Again, his only response was, “Customer package.” Apparently, the ONLY thing missing was clear packing tape across the top of the box—which, ironically, he had sitting right on the counter next to where I had placed my package. A simple, “We can’t accept this unless it’s taped, but I can tape it for you for $___,” would have solved the entire situation. Instead, he chose to be rude, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. There is absolutely no reason a customer should be treated this way. I understand that there are rules and requirements for shipping and returns. What I don’t understand is the unnecessary attitude and complete lack of basic customer service. I will not be returning to this location, and based on this experience, I would recommend taking your business elsewhere
