  Based on the reviews I was hesitant. But I've gone over 4 times for Amazon returns and its never been unpleasant. They have greeted me and was prompt. I've never had to wait in a long line and have been able to get in and out with no issues on Amazon receiving the items sent back.

  Very unprofessional service at this location. They don’t respect their customers and deal with certain individuals unfairly based on race. Need to correct this behavior as it is bad for business

  Horrible customer service. These guys are straight up jerks. I was wearing oxygen and needed a little help getting my package in and he told me to grab the hand trucks. I asked if a younger guy standing behind the counter, could help me and I would pay him and they just turned around and ignored me. Disgusting people

  I went in to return my Amazon items, and the older man was rude. He didn’t speak at all, just looked at me meanly while holding his hand out to take the packages. He then tossed them into a pile. If it had been anything other than clothes, it would have broke. It wouldn’t hurt to smile and be courteous, cause without us, your business would go under.
