There was a line of customers waiting while she sat staring at everyone for several minutes before helping anyone. When I finally got called up, I simply asked how many stamps I would need for the letter I was mailing so I could understand the process better for next time. Her response was, “Come on man,” along with an annoyed facial expression and attitude. I was just trying to ask a basic question, but she acted bothered the entire interaction and made the experience uncomfortable. Customer service and basic courtesy go a long way, especially at a place people rely on regularly.
