  This company is a ripoff. On 3 different opportunities I have sent shipments back with them and they have not accepted the box I have brought for it. Conincidence they can never accept the boxes I have brought in. But they are readily available to sell you a small box for the ripoff price of $7. I think these people have no conscience, they do not think about the environment and recycling, just about making money for their business. I can’t believe they couldn’t accept the boxes I brought on 3 different occasions.

  The manager is very involved and knowledgeable. He always makes sure the customers are waited on quickly. Every time I enter I am greeted and treated respectfully .

  Big scammers, I paid $94.61 for an overnight envelope to Florida, but the documents arrived three days late. I had to pay extra fees because of the delay. When I asked for a refund, they gave me a phone number to call UPS customer service. After 9 months of back and forth, UPS customer service told me this UPS store is privately run and they are the ones responsible for the refund. Today I asked for my money back again, and they said it has been too long and they can't give me a refund. They knew from the start they were responsible, but Pranav didn’t care. I was a regular customer for 5 years, but not anymore. Watch out for these scams. They give you a label for next day delivery but don’t actually send the mail right away. The delay is on purpose.
