  I’ve shipped tons of stuff with USPS using my home printer and never had a single issue. But today, I went in and they told me they couldn't scan my label, they wouldn't even let me scan the QR code/barcode off my phone, claiming it must be a 'physical label.'

  1 star is honestly too generous. The employee clearly pointed out that the email address for sending the prints was posted on the wall, but never mentioned that they would charge $3 per email. And then what? “If you don’t want them, I can discard them.” Are you seriously saying that to a customer, or are you making fun of me? I will never go back to this location.

  The staff at this UPS Store location was rude and unhelpful. I brought Amazon return packages with instructions clearly stating that the UPS Store would print the label, pack, and ship the items, with no customer packaging required. However, the staff refused to accept the returns unless they were already packed. When I showed the Amazon return instructions, I was told, “I do not work for Amazon, and I don’t care.” I understand that store policies may vary, but staff should explain any limitations professionally and respectfully. This response was dismissive and inappropriate, especially after I provided the instructions. Customers deserve helpful, courteous service—not an “I don’t care” attitude.
