  This ups store has been the worst to go to. They either loose shipments or decline sending your packages if we use prepaid postage or amazon. Their customer service is horrible.

  I’ve had a great experience with this UPS location recently, especially with the new management in place. The team is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. It’s clear that the new leadership has made a positive impact on both customer service and the overall atmosphere. Every visit has been quick, smooth, and pleasant. It’s refreshing to see such a strong focus on professionalism and kindness. Highly recommend this location to anyone looking for excellent service!

  This UPS Location (2725 Hamilton Mill Rd, Buford) was an incredibly helpful and efficient experience!! The owner, Helena Park, and a new hire, Madden, were extremely kind and patient through my process of notarizing my documents and scanning them to my email. Highly recommend this location for the best service! Definitely coming back here for future scanning, printing, copying, and all other document or shipping related needs.

  I had a very frustrating and disappointing experience at this UPS Store location. The notary failed to properly complete my documents the first time. Important sections that should have been filled out in front of the notary — including key details like vehicle mileage — were left incomplete. Because of this mistake, my insurance company rejected the paperwork and sent everything back to me. When I returned to the store to have the documents corrected, I expected them to take responsibility for the error. Instead, the notary refused to fix the issue and attempted to charge me again for a new notarization. That is completely unacceptable, especially considering the mistake was not mine. To make matters worse, I was simply told to go to a bank instead of being helped. This shows a lack of accountability and poor customer service. I would strongly caution others to double-check everything before leaving this location, or better yet, consider going somewhere else for notary services. This experience felt unprofessional and unfair. Tuve una experiencia muy frustrante y decepcionante en esta tienda de UPS. El notario no completó correctamente mis documentos la primera vez. Había información importante que debía llenarse frente a él — incluyendo detalles como el millaje del vehículo — y no se hizo. Debido a ese error, mi compañía de seguros rechazó los documentos y me los devolvió. Cuando regresé para corregir el problema, esperaba que asumieran la responsabilidad. Sin embargo, el notario se negó a solucionarlo y quiso cobrarme nuevamente por notarizar los mismos documentos. Eso es completamente inaceptable, especialmente cuando el error no fue mío. Para empeorar la situación, simplemente me dijeron que fuera a un banco en lugar de ayudarme. Esto demuestra una falta total de responsabilidad y un pésimo servicio al cliente. Recomiendo a cualquier persona revisar muy bien sus documentos antes de salir de este lugar, o mejor aún, considerar otra opción para servicios notariales. Mi experiencia fue poco profesional e injusta.
