  Pretty disappointed with the customer service here. The staff was not too rude but felt a bit condescending. Customers may not have the best knowledge of certain things and I believe it is the staff’s duty to explain in a good manner for good customer service. The experience was uncomfortable and left a bad impression.

  Went in staples today for a print order and Shelby looked right at me and never acknowledge me but in all fairness there were two other people there and they didn’t either. Shelby finally came, never apologized for the wait and didn’t say anything when giving me my receipt. Very rude customer service.

  This location is horrible. They hate that they have to do Amazon returns so they take it our on customers by not acknowledging them when they come to the counter. They will make you wait until a line starts to form. The black bug guy with plaits and green contacts is very confrontational and always has something to gripe about. He flat out talks to much like an argumentative woman. Very unnecessary and annoying. Please keep him in the back.

  Sydney and her manager Sunil are extremely rude and unprofessional. When my autistic partner came in to have items printed he needed assistance and neither worker was willing to print his items off at the desk although we've had things printed at this location a multitude of times. Poor customer service and we were told we would not be helped and if we wanted our items printed we could go to self print. There was no line and no reason why they could not assist him with printing his items outside of the fact that the workers are LAZY!!! We went to the register to get the corporate or general manager information to make a complaint and this made Sunil very angry. He started yelling at us and being very disrespectful. He called corporate himself as I was standing there lying to cover his own back saying we didn't have a form or payment which was a complete lie and that we've made issues in the store before which is completely untrue. We've used this location many times to print off various items and have never had a single issue. I was happy that I began recording this interaction for my own well-being. I asked Sunil when the general manager would be in the store and he said there is no general manager he's the owner and manager and there is no one else. But he was quick to call whom I assume to be corporate to cover his behind. He gave us the pages for free although I had my card in hand to pay to try to make himself look like the good guy in this situation but he definitely was not. If he had the capability to print the items behind the desk in the first place, why make an autistic person struggle and why refuse service in the first place. Very disappointed in our experience. Sunil should be fired
