  I came into Staples to print some documents. When I spoke with the employee in the print department, she told me to go ahead and send the files I wanted printed. After receiving them, she asked if I wanted them printed at the original size they were sent. I explained that I had never been asked that question before and that I simply wanted them printed on regular letter-size paper. She then informed me that I would be charged an additional $1.80 per page to resize the documents. I told her that I had never been charged for that service in the past, and she responded that a new manager was requiring employees to enforce this fee. I'm very grateful that we have other printing options available. I could understand a reasonable one-time resizing fee, but charging $1.80 per page, per copy, is excessive. Fortunately, competitors like Office Depot don't impose these kinds of charges. Bye-bye, Staples.

  I want to start by giving immense credit to Sunil. He was incredibly helpful and did his absolute level best to salvage a chaotic situation. Unfortunately, a great employee cannot single-handedly fix a completely broken operational system. I arrived at this location on a Monday morning at 10:15 AM and didn't leave until 11:30 AM. My print order wasn't ready because two printers were either out of order or actively crashing. After waiting for over an hour, I ultimately had to leave as this visit made me late for a business meeting. Regrettably, this is not an isolated incident: This exact situation happened to me previously on April 14th. This is now the last of three consecutive occasions where I have run into major fulfillment issues at this store in terms of printing orders. The root of the problem is clear: Staples is completely stretching their team thin and failing to support them. During a very busy peak period on a Monday morning, there were only 3 employees working the entire store. One was floating between helping shoppers and checking them out from the central/main checkout area. One was running the print center and the other ran the UPS/Amazon counter. This single location is trying to juggle a massive amount of high-touch multi-services all at once: UPS/Amazon Shipping Services Passport Services iPostal Services Full-Scale Print & Marketing Services Party City orders At one point, I counted 11 people waiting in a single line at the UPS/Amazon counter with only one employee desperately trying to handle the crowd. Expecting one person to manage a line of that size while dealing with complex shipping, passport, and postal tasks is a travesty. I genuinely like Staples and historically prefer to send my larger, high-importance print projects to this brand. However, because this location is consistently understaffed and plagued by down equipment, I am forced to seriously consider FedEx for my future business printing needs. Corporate management needs to step up, fix the equipment, and staff this location properly. Frontline workers like Sunil and the other gentlemen working yesterday (June 1st) deserve better, and so do your loyal customers.

  This review is based solely on the AMAZING team member, Angie B!!! It was so chaotic in there because it’s graduation season, but she did not let that stop her from being attentive, personal and so kind. I never thought I’d leave a review after getting some print outs but that’s how awesome she is. She deserves recognition!! Thank you Angela!

  I feel that Staples can be a hidden treasure. Folks are generally helpful and friendly. If you monitor their discounts, you can get good deals. I like to go there for things like keyboards, office supplies, and printer toner. Thought it was interesting that they are now merged with Party City as well. I could see that being a good combination with their printing services. I haven't used those services, though.

  Management and staff here are very rude. I went in to Amazon return. I was standing around as one of the staff was changing printer paper. Ours eyes met, but he did not acknowledge or say anything. Then finally asked what I was there for, I told him Amazon return and he pointed and told me to get in line. I waited in line for few minutes, some asked him “How would the someone know to come and help me.” He was annoyed and yelled, “ because it’s their job!!” He was the only one around the area and I didn’t see him page or call anyone. So I asked again how would they know? Then the store manager pop out from under the counter. I didn’t even know she was there. She said the called the person. They just left me in the dark standing around waiting. I was frustrated and argue with them that no one wants to answer questions and or help. Amazon return person came and store manager told her not to help me. I’m not sure why the store manager didn’t want to diffuse the situation and why the staff the so annoyed.
