  Muy mala atención no le ayudaron y me sentí discriminada por qué a una señora gringa si le ayudo y eso me hizo demorar mucho tiempo y le tocó luego imprimirlo en su otra impresora por qué al llegar le pedí imprimir 40 páginas y yo no sabía usar esas impresoras y no funcionó

  John and the print / marketing department were amazing. I had a poster made for a funeral. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was completed. They did even more than I expected. Staples in Buford forever has my business. Thank you!

  I came to this location twice and both times I got the same rude and dismissive employee at the copy & print counter. Not everyone likes their job everyday and we all have bad days. So even though I felt like I had to force him to help me the first time, I returned thinking it was just a bad day for him. WRONG! I came in around 11:25am or so in 9/18 and got the same horrible experience. I don’t know his name, but he was at the copy & print area both days, looks to be in his mid 20’s and I believe the older guy near the front registers is the manager there. Anyway, the male in the copy & print area needs to brush up on his customer service skills. When I told him what I needed printed, labels, and the type of paper he tried to rush me to self print before I was finished letting him know exactly what I was trying to do. He’s just rude & impatient and I left the store before I gave him what he really deserved. I only gave 1 star because the first visit he did print my cards and they came out good. But his attitude is horrible. I will never return to this location.

  I just have to give a huge shoutout to Amelia! She was absolutely wonderful. She was so friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful the entire time. I had several questions and needed a little extra help, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was bothering her. She took her time, explained everything, and had such a positive attitude throughout the whole experience. What really stood out to me was how genuinely kind she was. You can tell when someone is just doing their job versus when someone truly cares about helping people, and Amelia definitely does. She made what could have been a frustrating experience so easy and pleasant. Staples is very lucky to have her, and I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves!
