- EYEmma YangJul 17, 20261.0⭐☆☆☆☆ I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx location. One of the male staff members had an extremely rude attitude. When he spoke, I couldn't hear him clearly, so I politely asked him to repeat what he said. Instead of repeating himself, he simply stopped talking to me and refused to communicate further. As a customer, I believe it is reasonable to ask someone to repeat themselves if I didn't hear clearly. I hope FedEx will provide better customer service training and improve the professionalism and attitude of its staff. No customer should be treated this way.

When a customer is standing at the counter, the customer should be assisted first, or at least acknowledged and informed politely about the wait. There was no greeting, no welcome, and no effort to provide basic customer service. As a manager, Johnny should be setting the example for the staff, but his attitude and lack of professionalism were disappointing. FedEx should provide better customer service training and ensure customers are treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.
