- MPMariah PirovolosAug 21, 20261.0I haven’t been receiving my mail correctly since the end of February. In April they called and said “yes we dropped the ball. You have a whole stack of mail sitting here and we don’t know why it hasn’t been delivered to you. You should start getting it all within 3 days”. Ok great. Fast forward to now at the end of August. I’m still not receiving my mail. Things that were directly addressed to my address and months or weeks later, I still don’t have them. They are rude when you call to ask and always blame it on the Jacksonville center. I just want me mail

Even when we outright told her she was wrong, the pink haired clerk still sent in the wrong things and now it's up to us to send in the right, tracked documents to the State Department after their notification. Read the application! Costing us even more time and money now. Thanks for nothing. Listen to those with experience!
- LRLisa RoseJul 1, 20261.0On 6/13/26 I took two Fathers Day cards to the post office, to send by regular mail, to two different addresses. Neither card has yet to be received. This isn’t the first time this has happened, and I am now convinced that there is rampant theft within the USPS itself. It's so sad - they were just greeting cards, but I think anything that looks like it may hold a gift card is vulnerable to theft. I’ll continue to use the US mail when necessary, but I’m though with mailing greeting cards.
