- NSNoah SeymourApr 17, 20261.0Got here to take fingerprints for a background check at 8:30 when they opened. The clerk informed me the person who takes fingerprints wasn't there yet, but she'd be there in an hour. I waited. The lady finally got there, at her scheduled start time of 10, can't fault her for that. I waited for someone with a passport appointment, finally got to the desk at 10:15. She said "put your fingers on the scanner." I put them on, she said it was too dark. She tried a couple more times, no luck. I asked her should I apply less pressure or what should I do, she said "Idk, it's your hands not mine." Failed another time. Got sent home. Complete waste of time. Go to Florida, this place sucks.

I received a phone call today 3/8/25 at 2:45pm and the leadership rep. from St. Simon’s continued to over talk me as if my concern wasn't important at all, so why did you call? My mail is missing and they have no clue where it is….. why is my mail getting unable to forward stickers when I’ve been at the same address? WHAT A MESS!
