  I have been in line for a short while due to a customer who is making fuss over policy. Recently released from the hospital, I was exceptionally fatigued. Young gentleman recognized that and stepped up to help me. What relief it was greatly appreciated.

  I just wanted Staples Upper management to know that Ms.Jess was my HERO for today! She went above and beyond her call of duty to make sure my documents were sent after trying several times from my phone.Ms.Jess was truly a Blessing today and as a customer I really appreciate her affords.

  I am writing to formally complain about the unacceptable customer service I experienced at your location today. I spent a significant amount of time preparing my legal documents to ensure everything was correct before submitting them to your printing department. After submitting them, I was informed that I would have to wait two hours for the documents to be printed. Meanwhile, the staff behind the counter—a woman and a man—were joking and laughing instead of prioritizing their customers. As a local business owner, I stand firm on the importance of great customer service. Due to this experience, I will not be returning to your business. Furthermore, I intend to share this experience publicly with my 9,000 local followers and will actively recommend alternative printing services. I will also be offering discounts on my own products to customers who provide receipts from any printing service other than yours as well as contacting your HR department! I expect a prompt response regarding how you plan to address this severe lack of professionalism and efficiency in your department. Sincerely, J M

  Somebody needs to give the gal with the gray hair, ponytail, and glasses a week off and maybe some training on amazon. She was being very efficient but she had the attitude and disposition of a pit bull. I believe she thought she was trying to be helpful saying she only needed the product. She didn't need any of my information on it. I explained to her that a lot of times amazon just puts a shipping label right on the product box. No outer box, no packaging. THIS IS HOW AMAXON WANTS IT RETURNES.She just repeated the same thing again like it was gonna change the facts. Something about being concerned about my information on the box. I'm not worried about it.That's how it got shipped to me, ma'am.
