    They gave my package to someone else’s. Police involved. I was so disappointed and angry with the service and how this older-man ( manager ) handled the situation. He said to me “why don’t you ask your buddy the one that picked up “ ( IDK IF ITS SMART WAY TO SAY to your customer ) after I asked whether check the ID? or tracking number to the person.? BECAUSE soon as I got there one of the EMPLOYEE asked my ID & tracking#. OBVIOUSLY , they just doing quick look and give my package to someone else’s! So that person claiming as manager or whatever - he was very rude and bad service. no apology. No sorry. No help the situation he just stayed in the back room. Smh!

    The customer service at the Brookhaven, Ga UPS Store is beyond stellar! The entire team is friendly, accommodating, extremely attentive and all of the employees have exceptional customer service skills. My print job exceeded my expectations and was perfect in every way! In addition, all of the employees have a positive attitude, go out of their way to help you and make you feel truly valued as a customer. I will not go anywhere else for my printing and shipping needs!

    This location should be the example for all UPS stores everywhere. The store is very clean. The staff is very professional throughout the premises, always customer-oriented, patient, knowledgeable, and polite. Outstanding service and experience.
