  Devonta Stevenson and his co worker Drake were two of the most joyful, customer oriented, professional, genuine, and just all around wonderful employees I’ve ever met and they created the most joyful experience I’ve EVER had while running my mundane errands. I did not expect to walk out of that store with a smile on my face! I had a rough day and those two had no idea how much of an impact their kindness had on me. They were energetic and enthusiastic in everything they did, I watched as they carefully and thoughtfully assisted all customers before me with a smile and laughter. It’s rare to see such pride and passion in customer service nowadays, especially in a thankless job. But Devonta and Drake, THANK YOU!!!

  Go somewhere else. I have been coming here for years and something changed in the last few months. They just straight up aren’t working. My wife came a few days ago and they had closed up shop an hour before their hours said closed. I show up today at 3pm and there is a sign saying gone to lunch be back in an hour. That isn’t how these businesses are supposed to run. Most people are running out between meetings to return things. No one should give this store a dollar. Honestly good luck even doing so they are never open even when they say they are.

  I visited this location today because I needed to ship a return. There was a woman outside smoking who asked me to do it myself using a machine. When I couldn’t work the machine she seemed very put out by having to come inside and work. She proceeded to ask me If I “ even tried” to do it myself. I told her yes I tried to do it five times and the machine wasn’t working. She then barged into the store blowing out her cigarette smoke and proceeded to attempt to scan my QR code on three different registers. I was very polite to her despite her incredibly rude attitude. When I left I thanked her and she didn’t even respond to me. She clearly has no interest in working. I have never been treated so poorly at any establishment. Truly shocking behavior
