Never have I ever had to do that, she just didn’t want to for some odd reason. Not only did she not do her job but she was rude and has been rude every time I’ve gone in there. Customer service is awful per usual.

Yureka was friendly and gave me advise. She told me I could stay where I was to finish filling out my paper work. She gave me all my options and I picked the least expensive that met my needs. I highly recommend Yureka. Thank you for the smile and help today.
