- DADianne AAug 24, 20261.0The woman working 8/24/26 around 4:30 was very aggressive. Raised her voice, rolled her eyes, slamming things down, she didn't say how can I help you or thank you. However during my 40 min wait in line I noticed she was very kind to people of her own race. She greeted them and apologized for the delay. I am not sure what I did to make her act this way towards me other than not being the same race as her.
- GFGrace FJun 17, 20261.0Worst customer service today. The guy that works there is always very nice, but the older lady is terribly rude! Always!! She has zero business working around people. She also thinks she deserves a good review on the prompt at the end of the transaction and she puts her hand over the counter and hits the button on the payment terminal! Always giving herself a great review and not letting the customer do it themselves. Crazy! If I could give zero stars I would. UPS should just buy them out. Sick of this terrible customer service.
- ABAli BluMay 29, 20261.0I went because a packwas returned even though it had enough postage it seems that there was nothing left to do but take the stamps off and place it on the flaps of the envelope instead of on the envelope. His suggestion to take the stamps off and place the stamps on the envelope flap. HOW WOULD I DO THAT? I decided to just start over and repay for the stamps. Then at the end he had the nerve to complete the survey for me. I guess he knew the customer service was not that great.
