- OMOscar MilianJul 18, 20261.0Anything that does not fit in the mailbox the mailman will not deliver. They use to but not anymore. So now I loose 2 days besides the time that it takes the packages to get here. Really annoying and frustrating.

- DRD RabbitJun 20, 20261.0Got to be the laziest post office I have ever seen. Tell me why it takes 5 days to give me a package they have had in their possession for 5 days. And I own a P.O. Box. Not to mention when you tell them it’s been here for days they say I am not able to find it and I am not looking. Like are we serious. Meanwhile the people at the front counter find any reason to kick you out of line or get a manager so they don’t have to do it. They need to fire everyone and start over this is a small post office it shouldn’t take 5 days to deliver anything when your in procession of it. This is an every month ordeal. Doesn’t matter if the package is small or big. Same results every single time.

After more than 10 trips to the post office trying to get help, there was one employee at the front desk — unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but he had a darker complexion — who was the only person that truly seemed to care and take the issue seriously. He personally followed up and made sure my packages finally started getting delivered correctly when nobody else seemed willing to help. That level of customer service really stood out to me and I still remember it months later. Since then, everything has been delivered perfectly with no issues. I really appreciate the effort he put in and wanted to make sure he finally got recognized for it.
