- ASAndrea ShaneMay 5, 20265.0The main employee at the Bloomingdale post office, Ashley, is amazing. She's efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. I was working on a large project for about a year that required me to go to the post office several times a week. It was always an enjoyable experience. I also love our mail deliverer, Stephanie. I've lived in a lot of places and this is the best post office service I've experiences. It would be nice if they had longer hours, but being in small town, I understand.

But I just stopped by this post office to ask about a lost package reported to be there.. And this guy (employee) Just said, What do you want me to do? If it’s lost then how do you want me to find it? How am I supposed to tell you where it is? If we find it, we’re going to deliver it to you… he Didn’t even took 30 seconds to look around to see if it was there or not. I told him I came here on Friday and the lady told me to come back on Monday so I’m here on Monday just to ask if you guys have found it. He said if we would’ve found it, we would’ve given it to you already…. WOW! What a great customer service. Incredible

She’s always been very helpful, supportive, so nice and friendly and I feel she’s absolutely the best person to ever have worked in this post office. She works so hard in that place. Although The newest post master, Mike, has some serious communication issues. I found myself trying to resolve a missing pakg with him and after repeated attempts to relay the information, we came to an impasse. I hope I don’t have to deal with him again, he doesn’t listen. So Thank you Ashley for being the epitome of a wonderful human and employee. 5 stars for you.
