I was forced to wait a full week just to open a Missing Mail Search Request. Today is June 4th, and I have received absolutely no updates, no responses, and zero customer support. Deeply dissatisfied.

It is a hard building to find due to the lack of signage, but Blackshear Post Office is engraved on the granite above the doorway. I passed it several times and eventually had to call my dad to make it there, as even GPS was slightly off and sent me to a warehouse/church across the intersection
